Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hygiene seals are intact for intimate apparel.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
